๐ Rotational Shifts :
8 AM โ 5 PM | 10 AM โ 7 PM | 12 PM โ 9 PM | 2 PM โ 11 PM | 11 PM โ 8 AM
๐ซ No night shifts for females
What Youโll Do :
- Manage calls & emails with travel agents, suppliers & internal teams
- Handle booking queries, amendments & escalations
- Negotiate best terms with suppliers
- Resolve operational issues & ensure booking conversions
- Maintain high service & follow-up standards
What You Bring :
๐ผ Travel industry ops / customer care experience
๐ฃ English & Hindi fluency
โฑ Flexible for rotational shifts
๐ Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills
