Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with RTL designers, verification, and CAD teams to optimize design for performance, power, and area.

Manage physical design tool flows and methodologies; provide guidance on tool usage and troubleshooting.

Oversee timing closure, power optimization, and signal integrity analysis.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives for design methodology and automation.

Interface with foundry and EDA vendors to resolve design and process-related issues.

Review physical design deliverables including layout, timing reports, and signoff documentation
