About the Role

Position : Store Manager

Industry : Gems & Jewellery

Experience Required : Minimum 7 years in a similar role within the jewellery sector

Location : Multiple locations across Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh

Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Lead and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and inventory control
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and industry standards
• Coordinate with the head office for stock planning, reporting, and marketing initiatives
