IAM Okta Administrator
We are seeking an experienced IAM Okta Administrator to support and enhance our Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Okta Identity Cloud platform, including lifecycle management, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and directory integrations. This role requires a strong understanding of identity governance and security best Responsibilities :
- Administer and support the Okta platform, including SSO, MFA, Universal Directory, Lifecycle Management, and API integrations.
- Implement and manage identity lifecycle processes : provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
- Integrate new applications into Okta using SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
- Monitor and manage Okta workflows, policies, and logs to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and user provisioning issues across various integrated systems.
- Collaborate with Security, HR, and IT teams to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain documentation for Okta configurations, integrations, and standard operating procedures.
- Stay up to date with IAM industry trends and Okta platform updates and recommend improvements.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fieldor equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience administering Okta Identity Cloud.
- Proficiency with SAML, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, and Active Directory.
- Experience with Okta Workflows, API integrations, and automation.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
