Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing medical assistance, conducting health assessments, training employees on healthcare practices, and ensuring overall health and safety within workplace settings. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish effective healthcare protocols while maintaining compliance with relevant standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in EMT and general Medicine
• Excellent Communication and Training skills for employee health awareness programs
• Proficiency in Healthcare management practices and protocols
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in Medicine or Emergency Medical Services are preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and respond effectively in high-pressure situations
