Key Responsibilities :
Store Operations Management :
- Handle daily store activities including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
Inventory & Documentation :
Maintain accurate stock records, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue registers, and related MIS reports.Chemical Storage Compliance :
Ensure safe storage and handling of chemicals in line with company and statutory guidelines.Inventory Control & Audits :
Implement FIFO / FEFO practices and conduct regular physical stock audits.Interdepartmental Coordination :
Work closely with procurement, production, and accounts teams to ensure timely flow of materials.Stock Monitoring & Replenishment :
Track inventory levels and initiate replenishment to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.MIS Reporting :
Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, stock consumption, and material movement.Safety & Housekeeping :
Monitor store area hygiene and ensure safety measures are adhered to consistently.Key Requirements :
Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (Materials Management preferred)2 to 4 years of experience in stores or warehouse managementExperience in the chemical industry is an added advantageKnowledge of inventory systems and tools such as ERP, SAP, or TallyFamiliarity with chemical handling and safety normsStrong documentation, organizational, and coordination skillsSkills Required
