About the Role

We're looking for an Associate Product Marketing Manager with ~2 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.

At Factors, a lot of product marketing's focus is on creating sales collateral, maintaining the website, driving customer advocacy, and running user research. This role will be central to those efforts, and you will work closely with our PMM on day-to-day execution.

What You'll Do

• Turn product strategy into clear, customer-facing messaging and content.
• Support product launches : enablement decks, launch assets, etc.
• Create and maintain sales collateral, one-pagers, decks, case studies, and website copy. Assist in building competitive intel.
• Work with the team to execute campaigns across email, social, and paid media.
• Partner with product, sales, and customer success to collect customer insights and feedback.
• Contribute to customer advocacy efforts—reviews, case studies, and testimonials.
• Support partner marketing initiatives
