Position : Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
Location - Pune .
Role summary
Own L2 / L3 support and continuous improvement for Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales / Service; drive incident resolution, enhancements, and upgrade readiness under defined SLAs.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incident / problem management end‑to‑end (triage, RCA, fix, preventive actions) within SLA; maintain weekly / monthly status reporting.
- Configuring and customizing Business Central / Navision modules to align with business requirements.
- Deliver enhancements / change requests : requirements to deployment; manage testing and quality assurance for Business Central / Navision configurations and customizations
- Configure Business Central / Navision workflows, roles & permissions; support UAT and sign‑offs with business stakeholders
- Coordinate with dev teams on AL / C‑AL customizations and extensions, ensure code quality and documentation.
- Support integrations (APIs / web services) with other systems; monitor and optimize performance.
- Migrating data from legacy systems into Business Central / Navision and ensuring data quality.
- Conduct end‑user training and create SOPs / supporting documentation.
Must‑have skills
10+ years overall; 8+ years on Business Central / Navision with strong techno‑functional exposure across Finance & Supply Chain.Hands‑on with AL / C‑AL, APIs / web services, SQL Server; familiarity with Azure DevOps / GitStrong communication & stakeholder management; experience running UAT / training.Nice‑to‑have
Industry exposure in Manufacturing experience with overlapping shifts for global AMS.Requirement gathering while working with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
