Mandatory Skills : MS Dynamics, D365 Customizations and Configurations

Key Responsibilities :

• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) solutions to meet business requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Custom Pages.
• Develop and deploy Plugins, Custom Workflows, and Custom Actions to extend D365 functionality.
• Build and manage Power Automate flows to automate business processes.
• Implement JavaScript and Azure Functions for custom client-side and server-side logic.
• Package and deploy solutions across environments using Solution Management best practices.
• Manage Security Roles, Business Units, and User Access (Nice to have).
• Work with D365 Sales and D365 Customer Service modules for process automation and customer engagement.
• Design and implement PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls (Advanced).
• Integrate D365 / Power Platform with external systems and services using APIs and middleware.
• Collaborate with BI teams and developers for reporting using Power BI (Nice to have).
• Support data migration and transformation using SSIS or equivalent tools (Nice to have).
