Job description

Job Title : Project Manager – Data Warehousing & Snowflake / Airline

Location : Gurgaon

Experience : 10+ years

Employment Type : [Full-time]

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver projects in Data Warehousing and Snowflake .
  • Manage stakeholders, teams, Scrum ceremonies, and Sprints end-to-end.
  • Utilize ADO, JIRA, Issues / Risk Management , and perform basic database management.
  • Take full ownership of project tasks, ensuring successful client delivery.
  • Manage Dependencies, Assumptions, Risks, and Issues (DAIR) with effective mitigation and resolution strategies.
  • Work with Airlines or Logistics clients (preferred).
  • Proactively follow through responsibilities without the need for close supervision.
  • Handle client-facing interactions , especially with senior-level stakeholders in India.
  • Communicate effectively in Hindi and English , with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Recommend and implement organizational changes, new systems, or procedures.
  • Train, mentor, and coach staff members for improved team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with leads and executives to ensure smooth adoption of changes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in Project Management , with strong expertise in Data Warehousing & Snowflake .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications .
  • Familiarity with IT and software applications .
  • Basic understanding of standard operating systems .
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously .
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

  • Strong understanding of project quality processes .
