Senior Finance Manager
We are looking for a to join us in India who will report to the India Lead. This individual will oversee the finance activities within the India office in Hyderabad, driving financial strategy, compliance, and operational excellence. This role requires a seasoned finance professional with strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to implement standardized financial processes in a shared services environment.
Responsibilities will include :
- Complete ownership of books of accounts of the organization.
- Business partner the leadership team to formulate business strategies, define goals and drive operational execution.
- Lead the annual operating plan, business reviews, forecasting and planning process.
- Define operating metrics and measure performance to the established metrics.
- Provide financial oversight and drive sound business decisions to drive cost reduction and cost efficiency.
- Provide timely, accurate and meaningful insights about the business; be able to “tell the story” on what’s going on in the business.
- Drive continuous improvement in execution and operational excellence.
- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and disclosures, compliance with IndAS (India GAAP), US GAAP and IFRS requirements.
- Perform risk assessment and ensure policies, processes and internal control systems are robust to safeguard assets of the Company and compliance with global policies, local statutory, tax and legal requirements.
- Ensuring timely and accurate monthly closing of accounts. Reporting the financials to appropriate authority, review reconciliations of general ledger accounts and maintain records of assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions as part of the monthly close
- Leading and coordinating various audits including group audit, statutory audit, transfer pricing audit and internal audits.
- Overlook banking and treasury activities including Foreign Currency payment and receipts.
- Review payroll processing and timely remittance of salaries to employees and statutory dues like PF, PT etc to appropriate authority.
- Prepare, implement and monitor various employee benefit policy (Car lease, Telecom, T&L etc)
- Ensure compliance in filing various statutory returns including Income Tax Returns, GST returns, GST refund applications etc.
- Maintain and manage actuarial valuation and funds for Gratuity and Leave encashment policies.
- Renewal of various licenses. STPI, IEC, LEI, FLA (RBI requirement) etc
- Secretarial Compliance – Board Meetings, MOM, AGM, XBRL filing etc.
- Lead and develop team members and facilitate active engagement and networking of finance talents.

Qualifications : CA / ICWA / MBA Finance10 years of corporate experience in / finance – FP&A & Financial analyticsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to grasp operational concepts and assess financial impact of operational decisionsDemonstrated ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and promote teamwork, accountability, and controllership.Self-motivated individual who is able to operate independently.Must have attention to detail and strong analytical skillsAbility to interact with different levels in the organization.Self-confidence to drive change and make tough decisions.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Working knowledge on ERP’s (Oracle / SAP)Excellent PC skills
