We’re seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Content Strategist with hands-on agency experience to lead high-impact campaigns and elevate our brand across multiple platforms.

Location : Madhapur, Hyderabad (On-site)

Experience Required : ✅ 3+ years of proven experience in social media content strategy and execution

✅ Mandatory agency background with experience handling multiple brands and campaigns

Key Responsibilities : Plan and execute a result-driven social media strategy for Resonance brands (Colleges, Schools, and e-Learning).

Design and manage monthly content calendars that feature engaging campaigns and effective storytelling.

Lead creative briefs for designers, video editors, and content teams to ensure high-quality assets.

Keep up with the latest social trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms .

Oversee influencer partnerships and collaboration strategies.

Manage cross-platform presence : Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.

Drive brand engagement and community interaction through creative campaigns.

Required Skills : Proven expertise in social media strategy, branding, and growth campaigns .

Excellent understanding of agency workflows , multi-brand campaign planning, and tight deadlines.

Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.

Proficiency in social analytics tools : Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.

Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro preferred).

Knowledge of SEO for social media and content optimization.

Strong communication, leadership, and creative direction abilities.

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
