About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy outbound hunter who thrives on identifying, engaging, and qualifying enterprise-level opportunities in the North American market. You will drive top-of-funnel growth and generate a steady flow of qualified leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting efforts using cold call, email and social outreach to engage decision-makers in target accounts.
- Research accounts to identify key stakeholders, pain points, and buying signals.
- Consistently achieve quota by hitting cold call, email, and meeting targets.
- Craft personalized messages using insights from tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator , ZoomInfo, HubSpot etc.
- Schedule high-quality discovery meetings and demos for sales team.
- Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records to track interactions and pipeline stages .
- Achieve and exceed weekly / monthly quotas for qualified opportunities generated.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of outbound SDR or BDR experience targeting enterprise clients, preferably in the North American market.Craft personalized messages using insights from tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot etc.Proven success using outreach tools (Salesloft, Outreach, or similar).Excellent communication, writing, research, and objection-handling skills.High ownership mindset, resilience, and ability to work the evening shift.
