Skilled at carrying out incident investigations and executing HIRA management systems and training related procedures for line management and preparing safety statistics.

Competency in devising significant solutions, organizing community development projects for maintaining sound safety conditions.

Requirements

KRAs :

• Implementing Health and Safety plans entailing identification of opportunities, analysis of data, cost benefit analysis.
• Ensuring compliance of safety rules and regulations by industries within the assigned jurisdiction.
• Identifying processes which are hazardous & undertaking steps for curtailing associated risks and charting safety measures for minimising occurrence of accidents, fires.
• Carrying out fire prevention work and providing training to all employees on operations, recharging and procedures against portable and fixed fire extinguishers.
• Training the employees on numerous aspects such as first aid, safety, firefighting, emergency drill.
• Taking care of protection including damage control, and conducting internal audits to ensure all operations are executed within the set HSE objectives.
