SuccessFactors Consultant – UK HR Transformation
We’re looking for a hands-on SuccessFactors expert who can partner with our UK clients to reimagine HR processes, deliver seamless implementations, and ensure compliance with UK-specific regulations. You’ll own projects end-to-end — from discovery and design to configuration and deployment — while working closely with stakeholders across HR, payroll, and compliance.

What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations for UK-based customers, ensuring solutions align with local statutory and regulatory needs.Run Business Process Reviews (AS-IS / TO-BE) — map workflows, uncover pain points, and define actionable improvements.Facilitate client workshops to align stakeholders and drive decisions in unionised and non-unionised environments.Configure and support Employee Central Core, Time Off, and Time Tracking , optimising for UK HR scenarios.Partner with payroll and technical teams to validate and support payroll integrations .Deliver consulting-quality outputs : process maps, gap analysis, recommendation logs, and future-state blueprints.What We’re Looking For
Proven SuccessFactors implementation experience with UK-based organisations (end-to-end or major workstreams).Deep understanding of UK HR laws, statutory requirements, and collective agreements .Strong background in process mapping, documentation, and workshop facilitation .Hands-on expertise across EC Core, Time Off, and Time Tracking ; experience with payroll integration touchpoints.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.Willingness to travel to the UK for client workshops.Immediate availability is a plus.Bonus points for : experience with unionised environments, consulting-standard deliverables, or S / 4HANA / Payroll touchpoints .
