Sr. Test Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled  Test Manager  who is hands-on with  manual and automation testing  and can effectively manage  Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) testing  . The ideal candidate should be prepared to actively participate in manual and automation testing while also managing the overall test strategy. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for  front-ending with customers during the UAT phase  , ensuring smooth execution and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Test Management & Execution :  Oversee and execute  manual, automation, and NFR testing  activities.
• Hands-on Testing :  Actively participate in test execution, including  functional, regression, performance, security, and scalability testing  .
• Automation Framework :  Develop and maintain  automation frameworks  using tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress, or other relevant technologies.
• NFR Testing :  Plan and execute  performance, security, scalability, and reliability testing  using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
• UAT Coordination :  Serve as the  primary point of contact for customers  during the  User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase  , ensuring effective communication, issue tracking, and resolution.
• Collaboration & Leadership :  Work closely with  development, DevOps, and business teams  to align testing activities with project goals.
• Test Strategy & Planning :  Define and implement test strategies, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and adherence to quality standards.
• Defect Management :  Track, report, and drive defect resolution in coordination with development teams.
• Reporting & Metrics :  Provide regular test progress reports, defect metrics, and test coverage reports to stakeholders.
• Team Mentorship :  Guide and mentor junior testers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
