Job description

We are seeking a seasoned Sr Performance Test Manager with a proven track record in managing end-to-end testing programs across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of leadership, technical expertise, and client engagement skills to ensure quality delivery at scale.

Key Responsibilities : -

Lead and manage end-to-end testing programs across complex, multi-domain projects.
Define and implement test strategies, processes, and governance for large-scale programs.
Drive automation-first approaches leveraging industry-standard frameworks and CI / CD pipelines.
Oversee Performance Testing initiatives (JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload, etc.) to ensure system reliability and scalability.
Manage and mentor large, distributed, and global QA teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
Partner with clients and stakeholders to align testing strategy with business outcomes.
Ensure testing deliverables meet quality, compliance, and timeline commitments.

What We're Looking For : -

13–15 years of experience in QA / Test Management across diverse industries.

Strong expertise in test automation frameworks, CI / CD, and Agile methodologies .

Hands-on or leadership experience in Performance Testing – highly preferred.

Proven experience in leading large, distributed / global teams .
