Role & responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership roles, aligning hiring with business priorities and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Rewards teams to ensure job descriptions meet evolving business needs.
- Develop and enhance multi-channel sourcing strategies, including employee referrals and executive search partners.
- Oversee recruitment operations, compliance, and onboarding for senior hires, ensuring process excellence.
- Analyze workforce plans and productivity metrics to identify talent gaps in the leadership space and design strategic hiring roadmaps.
- Manage recruitment vendor relationships and governance.
- Partner with Employer Branding to execute impactful lateral hiring campaigns and promote the 4 EVPs.
- Monitor, report key Staffing metrics; providing actionable insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
