Role : Investor Relations
Location : Gurugram (On-site)
Job Purpose :
To manage communication b / w the company and its investors ensuring transparency and maintain investors’ confidence in the company’s financial performance and strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with corporate goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and shareholders.
- Organize and lead investor meetings, earnings calls, and conferences.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, press releases, and earnings reports.
- Provide regular feedback to the leadership on investor perception and market expectations.
2. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including equity analysts, institutional investors, and rating agencies.Track investor feedback and perceptions, and relay insights to executive leadership.3. Financial Analysis & Reporting
Collaborate with finance and executive teams to interpret and communicate financial results and forecasts.Monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to inform strategy.Analyze analyst reports and summarize insights for senior leadership.4. Regulatory Compliance & Governance
Ensure all investor communications comply with SEC regulations and internal policies.Maintain and update the Investor Relations section of the company website.Oversee the preparation of shareholder documents for quarterly and annual reportingProvide regular feedback to the leadership on investor perception and market expectations.Knowledge, Skills & Experience :
Educational Qualifications : MBA / PGDM in Any Specialization, CA in Any SpecializationRelevant Experience; 8–15 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, or investment banking.Skills & Capabilities Required :

∙10–15 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Strategy, or related functions within large listed companies (preferably in manufacturing, auto, or allied sectors). ∙Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and valuation methodologies. ∙Proven track record of handling investor / analyst interactions, earnings calls, and public disclosures. ∙Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
