Job descriptionMulti-agent pipeline – craft & fine-tune LLM prompts that tag skills, spot gaps, and recommend next steps. Engagement brains – auto-generate nudges, streaks and Slack / WhatsApp messages that keep WAU > Parent & school dashboards – real-time, privacy-safe progress views (FastAPI + React). Data plumbing – vector DB (Pinecone / Weaviate) + graph DB (Neo4j) + Supabase / Postgres for event firehose. Guardrails – PII redaction, hallucination tests, compliance logging. 2 + yrs Python ML / infra (TensorFlow / PyTorch, FastAPI, Docker). Hands-on with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) & prompt engineering. Experience shipping production rec-sys or NLP features at scale. Comfortable with vector search, embeddings, and at least one graph database. Git, CI / CD, cloud (AWS / GCP) second nature. Ed-tech or youth-focused product background. LangChain / LlamaIndex, Supabase Edge Functions. Basic front-end chops (React, Next.js) for rapid UI tweaks.
