Job description

About the Role :

We are seeking a Generative AI Developer / Architect with strong expertise in building and deploying GenAI solutions with 4+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on AI / ML engineering skills with the ability to design scalable architectures, implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and optimize AI-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI search frameworks.
  • Build and manage data ingestion pipelines using Azure Blob Storage and related services.
  • Develop Agentic AI systems with triggered mechanisms and orchestration for automation.
  • Apply best practices for hallucination mitigation and model performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills :

  • Proven expertise in Generative AI architectures (RAG, AI search, Agentic AI).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI ecosystem (Blob Storage, Cognitive Search, OpenAI / Azure OpenAI).
  • Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
  • Ability to design solutions addressing real-world AI challenges like hallucination mitigation.
  • Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and Python programming fundamentals (dict operations, multithreading, GIL).
  • 4+ Years of experience.
  • Multiple locations in India.

    • Good to Have :

  • Experience in cloud-native development (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Familiarity with microservices and API integration for AI solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a balance of theoretical and practical knowledge .
