Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Technical Manager located in Chennai. The Solar Technical Manager will oversee daily operations involving solar power projects, including technical support, project management, and coordinating team efforts. Responsibilities include conducting research and development (R&D) for new solar technologies, managing project timelines, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of solar systems.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Research and Development (R&D)
• Proven skills in Team Management and Project Management
• Technical Support experience and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience in the solar energy sector is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
