Solar Technical Manager(Pre-Sales)

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Manager (Solar) to lead our technical operations and project execution. The candidate will oversee technical teams, provide engineering support, and manage project lifecycles from design to commissioning. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on experience in solar energy systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee project design, planning, and implementation of solar PV systems.
• Provide technical support during pre-sales, installation, and post-commissioning phases.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for solar installations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement, operations, and sales.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety protocols, and regulations.
• Lead research and development (R&D) initiatives for process and technology improvements.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project presentations.
