I run a fast-growing Local SEO agency helping U.S. service businesses dominate Google search.
I’m looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant who will work directly with me (the CEO) to keep the business running smoothly and help amplify my personal brand on and X (Twitter).
This is a full-time, long-term role — you’ll become my right hand.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage my calendar, schedule calls, and block focus timeMaintain a weekly “CEO dashboard” of pending tasks, deadlines, upcoming meetingsTriage email inbox and flag urgent messagesAccompany me on important client and internal calls, take detailed notes, and prepare action item summariesCoordinate hiring tasks (posting JDs, scheduling interviews, onboarding docs)Finance & Admin
Prepare and send monthly client invoicesTrack payments and send polite follow-ups for overdue invoicesMaintain revenue and invoice tracker sheetsKeep expense receipts organized for accountingSend me weekly finance summaries (paid vs outstanding)Social Media & Brand Support
Analyze competitor and influencer profiles - document what worksBuild a weekly content idea sheet with hooks, post topics, and inspirationPrepare drafts for posts, X threads, and carousels (I’ll review & approve)Create basic Canva graphics and format posts for publishingSchedule approved posts and track engagement metrics weeklyWho You Are
