Senior Finance Lead - ERP Implementation

Position overview

• 2-Year Maximum-Term, Full-Time opportunity
• True hybrid working – work from home and our Mitcham office
• $166,650 Total Remuneration Package inclusive of 12% superannuation

The Role

We’re embarking on an exciting transformation to implement a modern finance system designed to enhance user experience, streamline processes and empower data-driven decision-making.

Reporting to the CFO, the Senior Finance Lead will play a key leadership role in driving the finance stream of this ERP implementation. You’ll oversee the successful delivery of core financial capabilities, including General Ledger, Budgeting & Forecasting, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Analytics, Dashboards, and Reporting.

Working collaboratively with project teams, business stakeholders and external vendors, you’ll guide the finance function through every stage - from procurement and design to implementation, training and transition. You’ll champion adoption, ensure alignment with strategic business goals, and lead change across the organisation to realise the full value of this transformation.
