Job description

Participate in the research, planning, and design of functionalities for simulationHub design software products.

Develop detailed written specifications and documentation for individual software modules and features.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Development, Product Management, UX, and QA to ensure smooth product development and feature implementation.

Assist in identifying and addressing bugs, usability issues, and product feature enhancements.

Create and maintain comprehensive user guides, product manuals, and release documentation to support end users and internal teams.

Interact with customers independently or in research / user groups to gather insights, feedback, and requirements for product improvements.

Perform competitive analysis to identify industry trends, product positioning, and opportunities for innovation within the HVAC simulation domain.
