Job Purpose : Lead - Digitalisation will spearhead the development and execution of the digitalization strategy for the Data Centers division. This role focuses on leveraging emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, improve energy management, and strengthen cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have a forward-thinking approach to digital transformation and a deep understanding of the technological advancements driving the data center industry.

Responsibilities

Digitalisation Strategy & Roadmap :

Lead the development and implementation of the digitalization strategy for the Data Centers division.

Technology Implementation & Innovation

Identify and integrate advanced digital solutions to optimize energy consumption and enhance operational resilience.

Cloud Adoption

Drive the adoption of cloud-based platforms to streamline data center processes and improve efficiency.

Automation

Implement automation tools to enhance operational workflows within the data centers.

Data Compliance

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to safeguard customer data.

Data Center Design

Lead scalable, secure infrastructure and application design to support digital transformation, optimizing for performance, reliability, and usability.

Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions across the data center landscape.

Business Case Development

Contribute to the development of business cases and project proposals for digitalization initiatives.

Budget Management

Oversee budget planning for digitalization projects, ensuring strong ROI.

Continuous Improvement

Drive continuous improvement initiatives through KPI monitoring and data-driven insights.

Brand Positioning

Ensure Adani&aposs brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization&aposs brand and trust within the market and company.

Team Development

Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success. Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital business success.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification :

Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering, IT Or Computer Science

Work Experience

12-15 years of experience in the Data Centre Project industry

Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and coordinating complex projects
