Job descriptionOversee cash flow, working capital and budget allocation across departments. Conduct revenue forecasts, margin analysis and scenario-based financial modeling. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings). Lead audits (statutory / internal), manage risk and maintain insurance coverage as needed. Investor Reporting & Stakeholder Communication Prepare MIS, P&L and cash flow statements for board / investor presentations. Track performance KPIs and align financial health with stakeholder expectations. Monitor reconciliation processes across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), D2C websites and payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU). Ensure timely settlements, claim tracking and dispute resolution. Oversee Finance Managers, Accountants and teams handling sales-purchase entries, returns, taxes and claims. Build SOPs and ensure timely monthly closings, tax filings and audit preparations. Analyze cost centers and drive optimization across warehousing, logistics, marketing spends and vendor terms. Benchmark against industry best practices to improve gross and net margins
