IT Administrator Cum Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Admin cum Operations Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and overseeing various operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of our organization's IT infrastructure and day-to-day operations.

You will be the go-to person for IT-related issues and will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our systems.

Responsibilities : 1.

Helpdesk / Technical Support : Provide first-level support for Windows OS, MAC, Google Workspace, Office 365, antivirus software, and endpoint tools.

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolve technical problems, and provide guidance to end-users.
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and other IT peripherals.

Networking Support : Assist with basic configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and other networking equipment.

Systems Monitoring and Auditing : Implement and manage systems for employee time tracking, attendance, and background checks.

Operations Management : Oversee the delivery and setup of new laptops for employees, ensuring proper configuration and installation of necessary software.

Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
