Summary :
As an Architect, you will be responsible for enabling and empowering company partners to deliver high-quality solutions based on company Modern Work technologies. You will work closely with our partner ecosystem as well as company sales, product, and marketing teams to achieve the following objectives :
Responsibilities :
- Partner Programs : You will have a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft's partner ecosystem and the ability to navigate and leverage partner programs and resources. You will educate partners on program benefits and requirements, identify and match partner needs with the right company resources, and facilitate workshops and training sessions for partners. Guide partners on building out their adoption and change management capabilities.
- First Win : You will coach sales teams through initial deals, support technical product implementation and troubleshooting, build persuasive communication and relationship skills, and handle technical queries with a solution-oriented approach.
- Market Strategy : You will work together with partners and help them formulate their market strategy. How they are positioned in the market, what their competitive advantage is and how they can execute on the market strategy. You will work with marketing teams to craft compelling value propositions and enhance the presence of partner offers through offer and practice development activities.
- Your time will be spent in the following ways :
- CSA playbook (50%) : You will follow the incubation product agnostic processes and guidelines documented in the central playbook. You ensure a smooth flow in our supporting business applications and maintain operational rigor.
- Product playbook (30%) : You will adapt to the processes and guidelines specific to each incubation product. Here we need you to have deep product knowledge that covers both the sales and technical implementation of the product.
- Ad-hoc initiatives (20%) : Be involved with running campaigns and resolving ad-hoc business needs related to the incubation products.
- Provide deep technical coaching aiding solution and offering development.
- Assess and validate partners' solution architecture.
- Asist tech and adoption challenges during first 3 solution deployments
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field3+ years of experience in technical sales, consulting, or partner management roles.Technical skills :
