Role Overview :

We are looking for a Marketplace Specialist to develop and execute performance marketing strategies on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and others. The ideal candidate will manage advertising campaigns, analyze data, and drive sales growth while optimizing marketing budgets.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop & execute marketplace performance marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.

Manage & optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Product Ads, Display Ads, and other ad formats.

Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to improve campaign performance and ROI.

Understand client goals, build execution strategies, and track success metrics to ensure optimal results.

Leverage data analytics & market insights to monitor campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Provide strategic insights & reports on campaign performance for internal and client use.

Ensure regular & ad hoc reporting of digital activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Stay updated on e-commerce trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to implement innovative strategies.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing with expertise in Amazon, Flipkart, or other e-commerce platforms. Amazon experience is a must

Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising, Flipkart Ads, and AMS Dashboard is a must.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset.

Project management skills—ability to handle multiple campaigns efficiently.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and clients.

Prior experience in a digital agency is mandatory.
