Job Overview :

We are looking for a result-oriented

SEO Team Lead

with in-depth knowledge of

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) ,

Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) , and

Geographical SEO (GEO)

strategies. The ideal candidate will lead our SEO initiatives, build advanced link-building frameworks, and craft strategies that improve ranking performance not just on Google, but also across

AI-based search and Large Language Models (LLMs) .

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the SEO team to execute data-driven strategies aimed at boosting organic traffic.

Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities.

Develop, test, and deploy new link-building strategies and off-page optimization campaigns.

Optimize content for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to increase visibility on voice search and AI-driven search engines.

Implement GEO (Geographical SEO) strategies to enhance regional and location-based search rankings.

Collaborate with content, web development, and marketing teams to align SEO initiatives with broader digital goals.

Monitor keyword rankings, analyze performance metrics, and report results to leadership.

Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and emerging AI search trends (LLMs, Search Generative Experience, etc.).

Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance visibility in AI-driven ecosystems such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.

Essential Skills :

5-7 years of proven experience in SEO with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong expertise in both On-Page and Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Local SEO.

Deep understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and schema markup implementation.

Knowledge of GEO (Geographical SEO) and localized search marketing.

Experience in link-building, digital PR, and outreach automation.

Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and GA4.

Understanding of AI-driven search optimization and strategies to rank in LLM-generated results.

Desired (Optional) Skills :

Experience optimizing for conversational AI and voice assistants.

Familiarity with LLM-integrated content discovery and retrieval frameworks.

Exposure to programmatic SEO or AI-based SEO automation tools.
