We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Sales Consultant to build strong relationships with clients seeking personalised hair loss treatment solutions.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients on a personal level, providing tailored guidance and solutions while contributing to the growth and success of the studio.
Job based on Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Surat, Gurugram, Chennai and Bangalore
Key Responsibilities :
- Individual will be responsible for new client sales along with upsell & cross selling.
- Responsible to generate opportunities apart from what is provided by central marketing team via multiple channels (BD, MOU sign-ups, BTL activities, out station events etc.).
- Play a role of SPOC for the clients who are brought on board.
- Set daily consultation and revenue targets, regularly evaluating performance against objectives.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets, driving the studio's financial growth utilising all revenue points.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and work closely as a business partner to achieve shared goals.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor’s degree required.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales.Results-oriented approach with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.Consultative, one-on-one selling approach.Experience in working directly with high-net-worth clients (HNI) in face-to-face consultations.Compensation :
Fixed : 7.2 lacs + Incentives
