As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who has hands-on experience running paid campaigns and a deep understanding of the unique compliance and messaging challenges in fertility advertising.

Key Responsibilities :

• Paid Campaign Management :
• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads , Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) , and Ads campaigns focused on IVF, IUI, and infertility services.
• Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and continuously improve campaign efficiency.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A / B testing for ad creatives and landing pages.
• Reporting & Analytics :
• Create weekly / monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel for tracking and optimization.
• Compliance & Ethical Advertising :
• Ensure all ads follow Google’s Healthcare Policies , Meta’s advertising guidelines , and local advertising regulations related to IVF and medical services.
• Work closely with internal compliance / legal teams to review campaigns before launch.
