Key Responsibilities :
- Build and refine low / medium-latency strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the markets.
- Design, develop, and optimize algorithmic trading strategies with a focus on performance and scalability.

- Build risk management and performance-tracking tools.
- Stay updated on state-of-the-art technologies in high-performance computing and trading systems.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while handling multiple priorities.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelors degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Quantitative Developer in the algorithmic / proprietary trading industry.Proficiency in C++, Python, or Java.Preferred Skills :
Understanding of Indian markets, derivatives, and trading mechanics.Experience with Linux / Unix systems, low-latency trading systems, and performance optimization.Exposure to machine learning, statistical modelling, and data analysis.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.Willingness to take ownership of both critical and routine tasks.(ref : hirist.tech)
