Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research / Formulation Expert for Skincare Products based in Bengaluru. The Research / Formulation Expert will be responsible for developing and formulating new skincare products, conducting research, performing product testing, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The expert will also liaise with other product specialists and departments to deliver innovative and high-quality skincare solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on laboratory experience in the research, development, and formulation of stable and efficacious skincare, cosmetic, or topical products.
• Deep technical proficiency in chemistry, raw material science, and formulation techniques, including emulsion technology, stability testing, and preservation systems. Working knowledge of regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EU, ASEAN, CDSCO / Cosmetics Rules 2020) is essential.
• Exceptional scientific curiosity, innovative problem-solving, and analytical capabilities to overcome complex formulation challenges and integrate novel, high-performance ingredients into market-ready products.
• This is a Project based role, on Demand. (Not Full-Time)
