We are looking for a dedicated and innovative Food Product Development Specialist to join our team. Roles and Responsibilities :

• Follow instructions and guidance provided by the Manager.
• Develop innovative food products and recipes that meet market demands.
• Conduct in-depth research on food ingredients and processing techniques to enhance product quality.
• Test and evaluate food products for taste, texture, shelf life, and overall performance.
• Ensure all products comply with food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Improve existing food products through reformulation and optimization of processes.
• Document research findings, development procedures, and product specifications accurately for future reference.
