SAP HR Payroll Consultant
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with deep expertise in SuccessFactors (SF) modules and SAP ERP HR / Payroll implementations. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end payroll projects, ensure compliance, and collaborate across departments to deliver robust HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead SAP ERP HR and Payroll implementations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
- Configure and customize SAP HR modules including :
- Personnel Administration
- Organizational Management
- Time Management
- Payroll
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance using BSI TaxFactory , including tax calculations, postings, and reporting.
- Integrate and support SuccessFactors modules :
- Employee Central Payroll
- Compensation
- Other relevant SF modules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) to align SAP HR solutions with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
- Provide guidance and support for SF integration and data flow between SAP and SF systems.
