Executive - Handover

Job Description :

• Snagging & Desnagging of Flats & Common Area.
• Flat readiness, Possession of flats, Post Possession customer Handling queries.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders (Legal, Design, MEP, Ops team)
• Smooth handover & takeover of assets from Projects & MEP team.
• Continuous engagement with residents & society for resolving their queries.
• Driving NPS, CSAT at site.
• Formulate policies for management of property and customer issues.
• Review Maintenance charges at regular intervals and revise appropriately, as required.
• Ensure MIS Reports are generated as required.
• Ensure expenses to CAM is been maintain month wise. Creation of WO in system.
• Hand on experience on SFDC (not mandatory)
• Required Credential / Qualification :
• BE in Civil / MEP with minimum experience of 2-4 years in Handover & Finishing
• MS-office savvy
