About the Role :
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated PMO professionals to support Vodafone's strategic IT delivery operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in stakeholder management, project governance, and financial control, with a background in the Telecom or IT industry. This role demands excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills to ensure seamless delivery and governance of key programs and projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and coordinate multiple projects ensuring adherence to KPI and SLA targets.
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams.
Support project financial governance, including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Drive operational excellence through effective use of Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for reporting and analytics.
Provide oversight on delivery performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Participate in project reviews, audits, and governance forums.
Prepare and manage project documentation including SOWs, RFPs, and bid responses.
Develop and maintain technical and business content, including presentations and dashboards.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience : 3–5 years in PMO or Project Management within IT / Telecom domains.
Education : Graduate or Postgraduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
Certifications :
ITIL Trained / Certified
Agile Certification (Scrum / Kanban)
Technical Proficiency :
Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Good understanding of project delivery, KPIs, SLAs, and reporting frameworks.
Soft Skills :
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have) :
Bid Management and Statement of Work (SOW) creation experience.
Experience as a Technical Content Writer or in preparing technical documentation.
