Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Influencer Marketing & Talent Manager, based in New Delhi. The candidate will oversee and manage relationships with influencers and content creators, develop and execute influencer marketing and social media campaigns, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results. Responsibilities also include building brand partnerships, managing talent, coordinating public relations efforts, and fostering effective communication between brands and influencers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing
• Strong Communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships
• Experience in Public Relations and Sales
• Strategic planning and campaign management capabilities
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaign performance
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
• Previous experience in talent management or working with influencers is a plus
