We’re looking for a Regional Sales Head – Ahmedabad (Gujarat Region) who will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and client relationships across Gujarat.

What you will do :
- Responsible for revenue generation and P&L ownership for Ahmedabad / Gujarat region.
- Build and lead a strong sales team to drive growth across FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, and D2C sectors in Gujarat.
- Execute agency and direct brand sales strategies with a focus on Programmatic, Branding, and Regional Advertising Partnerships.
- Develop strategic relationships with regional clients, agencies, and corporates to expand market penetration.
- Drive sales growth by setting ambitious targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring delivery of business outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth campaign execution.
- Share regional market trends, pricing intelligence, and competitor updates with management.
- Own pipeline development, revenue forecasting, and management reporting.
- Represent the company at local industry events, trade shows, and marketing forums in Gujarat.
Requirements
10–12 years of proven experience in Digital Media / Agency Sales, preferably in Gujarat.Strong exposure to Programmatic & Branding sales, with success in regional markets.Strong network of agencies, local corporates, and brands in Gujarat (Retail, FMCG, D2C).Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver consistent revenue growth.Excellent communication, networking, and client relationship management skills.Self-starter with the ability to drive sales in a competitive regional landscape.Benefits
