Finance Academic Mentor

Job descriptionTrack student progress, provide timely feedback, and address learning gaps. Conduct weekly recap sessions to reinforce learning. Provide internship training and prepare students for assessments. Assist students in understanding difficult concepts with clarity and patience. Share academic meeting agendas and minutes with the HR team. Motivate students to meet deadlines, complete assignments, and stay engaged. Support placement coordination by sharing vacancy updates. Coordinate with tutors and evaluate performance of classes and students. Respond to student queries via calls, WhatsApp, or other platforms. Provide product training to the sales team when required. Engage in syllabus-related research and learn relevant tools for the course. Opportunity to shape careers and empower learners in Finance. Flexible remote work environment. - Strong domain knowledge in Finance and Accounting tools / software.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
