Azure Architect - IAC Terraform

Key Responsibilities :

• Cloud Migration & Architecture : Design and implement Azure-based solutions for seamless migration from on-premises or other cloud platforms.
• DevOps Strategy : Develop and optimize CI / CD pipelines, ensuring high availability and security.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Utilize Terraform and Ansible for automated provisioning and configuration management.
• Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of 15-20 engineers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
• Performance Optimization : Ensure system reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness in Azure environments.
• Security & Compliance : Implement best practices for identity management, access control, and compliance in Azure.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with developers, operations teams, and business stakeholders to align DevOps strategies with organizational Skills & Qualifications :
• 10+ years of experience in IT, with 3+ years in Azure DevOps.
• Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, and other automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services, including VMs, Kubernetes (AKS), Networking, and Security.
• cloud migration projects and optimizing cloud infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams of 15-20 professionals.
• Hands-on experience with CI / CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
