Hire, train, motivate, and coach team members to deliver exceptional service and meet business goals.Assess team performance and provide constructive feedback and training opportunities.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Client & Stakeholder Management
Resolve conflicts or complaints from customers, employees, or stakeholders.Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in redevelopment initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Set and achieve business and profit targets in alignment with company goals.Generate regular reports and present business insights to senior management.Maintain accurate documentation and business records.Business Environment & Brand Management
Ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and visually appealing for stakeholders.Support branding efforts through consistent signage, displays, and client experience.Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new redevelopment opportunities.Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to legal, operational, and organizational standards across all redevelopment initiatives.Participate in audits and reviews to uphold compliance and risk management protocols.Skills Required
