Senior Staff Engineer - Java

Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using Java and React.
• Implement and improve algorithms and data structures to enhance application performance.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to solve complex technical problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Implement unit testing and acceptance test automation to ensure software reliability.
• Quickly learn and adapt to CI / CD pipeline processes.
• Stay updated with modern technologies and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Lead architectural design processes to ensure scalable and efficient solutions.
• Define and enforce best practices for software development and architecture.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance system capabilities and performance.
