Senior Staff Engineer - Full Stack Java

Job Description

• Drive the delivery of high-value, complex software projects with strong hands-on involvement in design, coding, and problem resolution.
• Provide technical direction and thought leadership across a product or domain area, setting in architecture, design, and code quality.
• Act as a mentor and coach to developers—reviewing designs and code, troubleshooting technical issues, and helping team members enhance their skills and engineering practices.
• Champion best practices in software engineering, agile methodologies, and DevOps, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance of delivered solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, influencing design decisions and ensuring alignment to business and product goals.
• Promote innovation by identifying opportunities to adopt new technologies (AI / ML tools, automation, cloud native practices) that drive engineering productivity and product excellence.
• Build a strong technical culture within the team, empowering engineers to solve complex problems and grow into future leaders.
• Report to a Director while operating as a senior individual contributor and technical role model.
• You will be reporting to a Director
