The Team Manager for Global Talent Management Operations Support will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals in delivering operational excellence across various Talent Management and Performance Management activities. The individual in this role will play a pivotal role in streamlining processes, driving efficiency, and supporting global initiatives to elevate employee performance, engagement, and talent management outcomes. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, people management expertise, and a commitment to enhancing the organization's talent and performance ecosystem. How you'll make an impact Responsibilities Talent and Performance Management : Oversee the Oracle -myHR Talent and Performance, Succession Planning Processes and Activities. Ensure SOP’s are updated and reviewed as GHRSS Processes and timelines. Documents process to ensure timely and accurate resolution. Manage and Oversee SLA’s and TAT for individual processes and activities and look at building operational efficiencies. Ensuring timely communication and compliance across the team. Drive operational efficiencies and streamline processes based on volumes that are being supported. Create a robust escalation management process. Guide, mentor and coach the team on performance and behavioural aspects. Qualtrics Surveys and 360 Feedback and Behavioral Assessments : Oversee the 360 Gallagher Behavior Feedback Assessment – Survey Launch process, ensuring efficient execution and insightful feedback delivery. Competencies : Leadership : Ability to inspire and manage a global team to meet strategic objectives. Operational Excellence : Keen attention to detail and focus on improving processes and outcomes. Strategic Thinking : Ability to align Talent Management initiatives with organizational goals. Technological Proficiency : Expertise in using Talent Management tools and platforms such as Qualtrics. Relationship Management : Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders. About you Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 8+ years of experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, or HR Operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of Performance Management processes and frameworks. Demonstrated success in supporting Succession Planning, Talent Pool Reviews, and Engagement initiatives. Experience managing cross-functional projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with global stakeholders.
