General Manager - Projects

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company in India, ensuring that all departments work efficiently to achieve organizational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills to drive growth and profitability.

Location : Mumbai (with PAN India travel)

Experience : 10–15 years in Commercial Interior Fit-Outs

Reports to : Director

Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

• Planning, scheduling, and managing projects end-to-end.
• Forecasting project completion dates and managing risks.
• Overseeing client relationship management.
• Handling project budgets, cost controls, and profitability (P&L).
• Coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitoring progress, ensuring corrective measures where needed.
• Managing project documentation and commercial closure.
• Leading project teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Requirements :

Education

Bachelor of Design (B.Des.), Diploma
