Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Receptionist. The Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for overseeing receptionist duties, managing reservations, ensuring proper phone etiquette, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and welcoming guests, handling check-in and check-out processes, billing, answering phone calls, and assisting with guests' inquiries and requests.

Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities
Experience in Receptionist Duties and Reservations
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Customer Service
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management are a plus
